How to cover a vision. The branding and the people that will move the vision forward. Each person as John Vilagi stated "has to be inline with the vision of the church". They gave some awesome points on how to cover your credit and yourself in your vision. After you have placed your vision out into the world you want to make sure you have the tools to progress.
