Light Records Releases THE SINGING BISHOPS Compilation CD Set To Release July 22

Nashville, TN—Classical music has the three tenors now gospel has THE SINGING BISHOPS (Light Records). The album, set to hit stores and online retailers July 22, 2008, is saturated with some of the most recognizable and respected Bishops in the ministry. The compilation is comprised of hit songs by Bishop G. E. Patterson, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Bishop Albert Jamison, Bishop Walter Hawkins, Bishop Neil C. Ellis, Bishop Larry Brandon, Bishop Kenneth Robinson, Bishop Joseph Walker, and Bishop Simon Gordon.

The album features the hand-clapping tune, “When I Think of The Goodness of Jesus” by Bishop Patterson; praise inspired “Walk On By Faith” by Bishop Morton; and Bishop Robinson brings a traditional gospel medley with snippets of “This Little Light Of Mine”, “Jesus Is On The Main Line” and “He’s Alright”.
